The Corvettes

For a change we as a school had our special assembly on the astroturf. At first Mr Hendricks congratulated and said Thank You to all the runners who ran along the Glen Innes police. All the participants received a special gift bag containing Active brand towel. They all felt really excited.

After that Eloida from our class and one of the other girls from our school received a Happy Birthday card with a candy. We all sang happy birthday to them.

Something special was yet to come when Mr Hendricks announced that the 2 best writers from the seniors will be getting a special ride to their home in a vintage car. Everybody cheered for two writers when the names were announced. They were Eden Ngakiau and Jasmine April Sonny Tiame. It was such a proud moment for the 2 girls and Glen Innes School as well.
